I have a question I hope some of you miight can answer. I had my usual e-mail (rootsweb genealogy/digest mode) but one of the entries showed up in red and up over all of them it showed "This e-mail is being watched". What does this mean? Its kinda scary not knowing. Thanks, Sonja
Well Sonja ,,, it could be that there is a spaceship sitting out there in space watching every move you make, But more than likely you have turned on OE's "Watch Conversation" feature. On your top tool bar, click on "Message", near the bottom is the "Watch Conversation" option, if it has a check in front of it, it is turned on. Click on it to turn it off (remove the check mark). Then click on Tools/Options/Read Tab, about the middle of the page, you will find the color that has been selected for "Watched messages" . This option is used to "follow" a conversation by placing a pair of eye glasses in front of all replies to an original message that you are especially interested in. Just makes it easier to find and read certain messages amongst many. If that is not it, then be sure and pull down your window shades.
