You're quite right--I'm using Outlook, not OE. Would like to print out all the info in the entry block for appointments (full name, maybe contact tel number, place of meeting). So far the only way I've been able to do this (other than by adjusting the font which doesn't do much) is by extending the end time of the meeting which enlarges the block in the printout. Tried inserting "return" in the text to force addition of line but that didn't work either.
