I do not have Outlook so I know nothing about it, all I can do is offer suggestions. 1. Restore the original folder names, there may be an index file somewhere that needs them. 2. Make sure a folder of the same name does not already exist in OE. 3. Try Importing back into OE and make sure Outlook is not running.
