Hello Rob, My "Tiny Slits" are gone, and I wish I could tell all of you how this came to be. Just above the "View Pane" of new email arrivals there are slider bars, "From; Subject; and Paper clip Icon" anyway mine were in the above order and while sitting here puzzling the problem I slid the paper clip icon all the way to the left end. This morning "Aussie-Gen-Research-D Digest V01# 25" containing 32 emails opened in two columns practically filling the whole screen except for a couple of inches on the left. Please believe me, I do not know if this fixed the problem or if some other thing I clicked on solved the problem but from here on my paper clip stays on the left side of the screen!
