    3. Can anyone tell me or give me a link that can show me how to import messages form another machine on the network. I shared the the outlook express folder within the identities root but it will not let me access the folder over the network when finding it via the import location. I know I am doing something wrong but my mind has gone blank. I can import address books fine but am having a problem with the messages. There are some people that have moved around the office and I have set up the mail accounts fine but obviously they want there messages from their inbox and sent items folder. Any advice would be appreciated. Regards John Stevens MAM Software Ltd

    3. John ,,,, I don't exactly understand why you can Import the address book and not the msg.'s. One thing you might try is to copy the folders to be imported on to a floppy and insert the floppy into the machine to be Imported into and Import from there. The files you want to copy are: 1. Inbox.dbx 2. Sent Items.dbx During the Import process, be sure to select the "Import mail from an OE5 store directory" option, then navigate to the disk drive. The problem you may be having now is you may not be selecting the correct mail store folder, if the Import process does not find a .dbx file, you will get an error msg. and the import will stall. Keep us posted if you need more help.
