Bob, Your question regarding my Prodigy version rattled my memory a little bit. My problems MAY have begun after I downloaded the Prodigy Version 5 some time in the past couple of months. Then again, my many struggles may have caused a corruption in my memory! I am running Prodigy Version 5 and I/E Version 5.5.4522.1800IS - if that helps any. Incidentally, I have had no problems over the last couple of days since I deleted my desktop shortcuts for O/E and Prodigy. I created a new shortcut for Prodigy, but the new shortcut I created for O/E was as bad as the one I deleted. Hence, I am using the Prodigy shortcut and accessing my e-mail through there. Thanks for all of your assistance. Jess McGuire _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
I run Windows ME and have noticed that the number of Files scanned by my AV keep increasing in number. I notice a lot of *.tmp and temporary Internet files with a zero size. What is it safe to delete in file maintenance to reduce the number of files?
