It was necessary to use two addresses per every email sent to reach a person. If she doesn't want to individually enter the addresses each time she can create a group for that person and both addresses will automatically appear in the "to" field when she calls up the group by whatever name she gives it. My family is a "group" -- I never enter the addresses individually, I simply begin to type fa-- and the "to" is auto-completed in OE and the email goes to all members of my family.
