I don't understand. Do you mean it tells you that you needn't download and install the update? When I use my AV program's tools to access the website, if there is an update, it is made available for downloading and installation. I am new & have been "lurking" and am so confused. Please tell me what AV stands for. Please tell me what downloading, AV & updating have to do with the subject matter of folders disappearing.
