Create a group for her and then use both email addresses for the group. Use the Address Book/New/NewGroup and follow instructions. How can I add 2 addresses to the Outlook Express > addressbook and send mail to those addresses.. _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Or just type the address in the TO field separated by a semicolon. For example: [email protected]; [email protected] Also you can add each person to your address book. Then follow these steps: 1) When your ready to send mail to them click on TO. 2) Highlight the first address and click on the TO button. 3) Then highlight the second address and click on the TO button. 4) Then click on OK. Both addresses should be in the TO field of the message. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for each address you want to send the same message to. I recommend you add people you correspond with on a regular basis to your address book. Hope this helps.
