Yes, I download Yahoo mail to Outlook Express. Full instructions are at the yahoo website. I remember that it didn't require any effort and they were pretty good instructions. I also send from OE using my Yahoo address as my default address (that's because my cable company has not been that great about email delivery). I only go to Yahoo at the end of the computer-day where I empty the deleted items from the trash folder since I don't want to worry about exceeding the mail capacity. I download a lot of mail and the free mailbox offers enough space. I rarely have exceeded 60% of the capacity. As soon as the mail is downloaded to OE it is automatically sent to trash at the yahoo website. I don't know anything about Hotmail.
