Hello everyone, I wonder if someone may be able to help me, please. I am running Win 95 and have recently upgraded to OE 5. I now have a problem that I didn't have previously. Whenever I am using OE, working offline, it keeps reverting back to working online every few minutes which is very annoying. When using OE previously, I used to select working offline and it would stay that way until I wanted to go online. I have checked properties to see if there are any instructions ticked to automatically go on line but cannot find anything. I feel silly asking this as I am sure that it is something simple. Jeanne ,,,, just a shot in the dark, but check this:: Tools/Options/General Tab/Send-Receive Messages --->> if you have "Check for new messages every 30 minutes" selected ,, make sure the window just below it is set for "Connect only when not working offline" .
