These programs extract all msg.'s contained in a folder, once extracted, you can pick only one or up to all, then drag&drop back into an OE folder. OR you can Dbl. click on an extracted msg. to open it. They will NOT restore your entire OE folder set up, Identities, address book, rules or signatures.
