I use OE filters to remove repetitive spammers -- I don't have the time to setup a filter or block the domain of every spammer so I only do those that seem to hit my mail box more than once. I really use the filters to get rid of the porn spam. This does seem to work well -- I have found that so long as they use a consistent fake email address, OE does a good job of catching these emails and deleting them off my server (before they even get to my mail box!).
