Livinia, b. TX, 51, widow, 4 children born & still alive in 1910, instructor business ____; Otto G., son, b. TX, 19 ind-operator ____; Grace E., dau, b. TX 15; Charles L., son, b. TX 26, boatman riverboat; and Mable A., daughter law, b. Australia 23. Franklin must have died between 1900 Census and 1910 Census. If you want the precise date, go to www.raogk.org, choose Oregon, choose Washington County or All. Look for a volunteer who does death cert lookups. If they don't find one for him, go through the same process for Benton Co. Once you know when and where he died, you can go back to that web site and find a volunteer to do an obit lookup. Also, Lavinia I. Morgan, b. 10 Feb 1859, TX died 1 April 1944, Alameda. mother's maiden name=Keith and father's surname=Ely. Source: CA Death Index. I'd verify this with an obit or death cert before relying on it to do further research. If you haven't heard from any descendants, you can trace them further by investigating each of Franklin and Lavinia's children.
