So, there may not have been one, but only a death notice. Since she lived in Banks, a small town removed from the larger towns with newspapers, they may not have wanted to pay for a distant newspaper obit. Banks did have papers, that are on microfilm: Banks Banks Herald Nov 17, 1910-Nov 29, 1923 Banks Banks Herald Jan 21, 1926-Dec 22, 1927 So, use this information for below: The volunteers at the Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness for Washington County has one person that will do obituary lookups, that being Daphne Garrison.
