    3. As a native Oregonian, in fact my grandmother was born here, I am still laughing at your questions about our weather. It DOESN'T rain here all the time. Not even in Portland. The past year we set records for dryness, which wasn't at all good for some crops. Of course, we sometime perpetuate these rumors to keep Oregon from being overrun with people from other places. It is NOT wet and dreary her nor in the state of Washington. I don't know the rates for suicide, but I know it's not high. And certainly probably 0% giving the weather as a reason.
