Julian and Lottie had six children of which five are known: Alice b. ca1907 married abt 1929 to L.R. Starnes. Rosa b. ca1909 Mandie b. ca1910 Helen b. ca1914 Vivian R. b. ca1918 When Julian and Lottie first came to Oregon they settled in Forest Grove, Washington County. In 1927 Washington County Court committed Lottie to the Oregon State Insane Asylum. The cause of her "insanity" was "epilepsy." She appears to have died in Marion County, Oregon in 1950. I lose Julian after August 1927 except for a mention of his applying for a pension in 1930/33 against his service in the Spanish-American War. Of their children I have them as far as: Alice and L.R. Starnes were living at 806 Todd Street Portland in the 1930 census. L.R. Starnes was b.ca1892 in Arkansas and in 1930 he was a gas maker for the gas company. In their household was Alice's sister Helen Hallett. Sister Vivian R. was age 12 in the 1930 census living as a boarder in the household of Hattie Lawrence in Portland. Julian was born in Iowa in 1875 and died in CA in 1953. I would like to connect with descendants and/or researchers of this family. Vicky
