Hello All, I recently have come across information that suggests that two my gg grandfathers brothers Samuel Raffety and Joseph C, Raffety emigrated to Washington County in the 1850's from Kentucky.My GG Grandfather was Pascal Rafferty the son of Thomas Rafferty,Jr and Cynthia Butler of Kentucky.
