The Masons have a site on line. I was able to go there and find an officer from the Masons in IL that my grandfather belonged too. My grandfather died young before I was born, I was lucky to get information from all my family, but none of them ever told me anything about him being a Mason. One day my dad told me about grandpa being a Mason but he didn't know anything else. I contacted them and found my grandfather to be a 2nd degree Mason. They were very helpful, & friendly and offered to help in anyway in my search. Good luck to you on this. Tammy
