Tupper, aged 75 years, died at his home in Gastern, Oregon, Sunday, Nov. 26, 1899, of heart disease. The deceased was a brother of Mrs. Ethan Sawin of this city. He will be remembered by some as at an early date he resided in this place. In the year 1849 he went to California and from thence to Oregon where his death occurred.
