Bill, Although I now live in Michigan I grew up in Hillsboro, The hillsboro Argus newspaper is now owned by the bigger Portland Oregonian Newspaper. If you type in Oregonianlive.com It will take you to thier webpage and from there you can get the Hillsboro Argus site. They only have the past 30 days archives on line. So you may not find the obituary you are looking for, BUT, Since the two newspapers are owned by the same people a lot of times the Oregonian has the same obits. You can e-mail them and see if they can send you a copy.
