I've never done research in Oregon. I found some lookup volunteers on the net but none for Washington Co. I'll also check the FHC for microfilm. That may be the easiest and less costly. There must have been a military base in that county in 1942 as my uncle entered the Army there and apparently married while in the service nearby. Charles
