However there is a Nellie F. Rice 1887- 1961 at Tualatin Plains Presbyterian Church Cemetery. In the alley between lots 194 and 195; wife of Otto P. Rice. The cemetery is on Scotch Church Road; between Glencoe Road and Jackson School road, about 3 miles south of North Plains. It has a very handsome old Church; white, carpenter gothic.
