Hi, I am searching for information on the above family or anyone that might be connected to them. They moved from from Ohio and Illinois to Washington County, Oregon between 1860-1870. The following is what I have found so far. I have found them in the census and various references on the rootsweb county site. William E. Dear Tony: I know a little about this Smith family; Nancy and her son Jerone are buried in Harrison Cemetery. I have those records. Nancy was sister to Mrs. Benjamin Cornelius, Sr. Also buried in Harrison. William E. Smith was a minister who performed many marriages in Washington County. He is buried in the Tualatin Plains Presbyterian Church cemetery.
