She was educated in bible Grove. On Mar 9, 1934 she married Vernon E. Wood in Santa ana, CA; they lived in Alhambra, CA, then Baldwin Park, CA. Moved to Forest Grove in 1973. Member Forest Grove United Methodist Church, enjoyed sewing, knitting and gardening. Preceded in death by a brother Dale Boose, and a sister Nina Lorraine. surviving are husband Vernon of Forest Grove, sons Steve Wood of Banks; and Tom Wood of the Dalles; 5 grandchildren, 8 great grd children, nieces and nephews.
