That was very kind of you. Your research skills are wonderful. With what you gave me, I can certainly start building William's history. He left his mother (a widow) in LeSueur, Minnesota not long after they came to the States in 1888. Why Oregon, I have no idea???? His mother, as well as, his one sister, died much earlier than he did, so what people knew of him was very little, to say the least. His death certificate is incorrect on most accounts, including his proper name. So again, Laura, thank you for helping to straighten out this man's history. It will truly add to our genealogy. Cindi
