SEXTON A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, 1995, in Beaverton Foursquare Church, where he was a member. Mr. Sexton died Sept. 21 at age 69. He was born Sept. 25, 1925, in Denver and raised in Monticello, Fla. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and the Korean War. Mr. Sexton married Betty Peace on Jan. 16, 1948. They moved to Oregon in 1970 and settled in Hillsboro in 1977. He worked for General Telephone and United Telephone and retired in 1985. Survivors are his wife; daughters, Kathryn Boles of Lawton, Okla., and Debbie Powell of Veneta; son, Glenn of Hillsboro; and 11 grandchildren. Private interment in Fir Lawn Cemetery.
