In Scappoose there was a church which may be the church now called Grace and Peace Fellowship, I think. My German ggrandparents and family were lifelong members of this church in the 1880-1940 time frame. it is located just a very short distance from the scappoose high school, on the same street, but I do not know for sure if this is what you are looking for.
