(Hillsboro is in mid county) The 1910 soundex lists in East Cedar Creek Prec; ED 271, sheet 12 line 32: Emile Van Sake age 30, born in Belgium, and wife Mary age 28, born in Belgium. this is the only entry with a similar sounding name. The rest of the information does not seem to be a likely match.
