I live in Hamilton County Tennessee and I do not know how the state of Oregon is about copying death certificates for out of state researchers. I go to the Archieves every once in awhile and if you live in Oregon and can get to the Archieves its .25 a page. It should list who his parents are. Heres some stuff I found you can get from the Archieves. Her gr,gr,grandfather was Pleasant Caroll Grayson. They had a son named George Washington Grayson born in abt.1854, Bledsoe Co., TN. Nothing was known about George. Some records show that he died in 1864 in Davidson Co. Tn with some other family members during the civil war. The other day I found a newpaper artical from the Sequatchie Valley News dated Jan, 25, 1900 that stated," George W. Grayson of Oregon after a absence of twenty years, returned last thursday on a visit to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. P.C. Grayson". I found a George W. Grayson married to a Effie M., a daughter named Nevada and a son named Carl in the 1910 Oregon census. That is all I have found and all I know about this family Any information would be appreciated.
