It was listed as the cause of death when his grave was purchased the next day at the IOOF Cemetary. This was just a few months prior to the death certificate being mandatory in Oregon. So I was thinking that some kind of a quarantine report might have some info that could help me track down his early life... Any ideas who I could call or visit if needed...
