I've "rescued" an old photograph of M. O. WAITS Children which was taken at the Gifford Studio in The Dalles, OR. The photograph appears to have been taken in the early 1900's with the two children appearing to be about 6-8 years old at the time it was taken. I'm hoping to locate someone from this WAITS Family so that the photograph can be returned to the care of family.
