Ellen Ross and Roger Tobias were married July 12, 2003, at Marine Park in Cascade Locks [Oregon], followed by a brunch cruise reception on the Sternwheeler Columbia Gorge. The bride is the daughter of Ann and the late Todd Ross of The Dalles. She Attended Wahtonka [The Dalles] High School, and is a 2003 graduate of Columbia Gorge Community College.
