Reuben's siblings were Henry b 1836 IN and Gideon Beriah b 19 Oct 1840 IA. Stephen's father was Gideon FRAZIER, mother was Ann HOCKETT. These folks were Quaker also and took part in the Underground Railroad in Salem Township, Henry Co, IA.<<< There has recently been a discussion of Henry County, IA and a number Quaker families on Quaker-Roots List.. I believe that HOCHETT was one of these Quaker familes. It is my understanding that HOCHETT/HOGGATT is the same family name in different spellings. Moore (1877-1945), owned.
