The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Spencer & Libby Chapel with H. Harold Johnson officiating. Mrs. Metier was born Dec. 13, 1873, in Belews Creek, Mo., and was 93. She was a member of First Christian Church, the Pomona Grange, which she served as chaplain for four years, and the Old Wasco County Pioneer Association. She also was a member of the Maccabee Lodge. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Mabel A. Bunn, Depoe Bay, Mrs. Glenn F. (Ruth) Fulton of Quartsite, Mrs. Arthur V. (Pearl) Means and Mrs. Verl W.W. (Ruby) Sewell, both of The Dalles; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, together with a brother, James K. Myers of Imperial, Mo.
