Great list of resources but you forgot the Wampinrock News out of Wamic. It's a monthly with circulation in 31 states and overseas. Dufur Historical Society writes a monthly column. There is lots of other historical stuff out of south [Wasco] county. This is a reply I received recently when I included some points of contact for our society's Tales & Trails E-zine which I am the editor of. I just learned of the WamPinRock News last month when someone brought a couple issues to a meeting of The Wasco County Historical Society. The subscription is $10 per year delivered. It contains some articles of past history in the local areas of Maupin, Wamic, Tygh Valley, and Pine Hollow, Oregon. Some of these articles are of interest to genealogists plus current activities happening in the area such as weddings, wedding anniversaries, births, grange news, , calendar of events, etc. are included.
