Leonardo, age 60 years, a former resident of Goldendale, died at Vancouver Saturday morning after an illness of several months. Mr. Leonardo had lived in Vancouver for three years after a long residence in the Goldendale area where he was engaged in the livestock business. He was born at Goldendale September 14, 1887. Mr. Leonardo is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lucille Inman and Margaret Brinegar, both of Seattle; a son, Warner Leonardo, of Vancouver; a sister, Marie L. Myers, of Spokane; and two grandchildren. Mr. Leonardo lived at Dallesport for many years and at one time was the largest operator of sheep in this county. He took an active part in organization of the Klickitat County Wollgrowers Association during the years when the county was one of the largest sheep producers in the state. Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 3, at 2:00 p.m. from the Spencer & Libby Funeral Home in The Dalles. He is survived by 1 son, Warner Leonardo of Vancouver, 2 daughters, Margaret Brenegar and Lucille Imnan, both of Seattle, and 1 sister, Marie L. Myers of Spokane. Born September 11, 1887, at The Dalles, Ore. Remains at Vancouver Funeral chapel. Remains will be sent to The Dalles, Ore., for burial. This was posted for reference only.
