George “Baldy” Nosker and R. “Bob” Shaw were found guilty of the illegal passion of intoxicating liquor by a jury in the federal court at Portland, five minutes after it went into secret session, it was learned this morning. They will be sentenced Saturday morning by District Judge Bean. Thus apparently is the last chapter written in a liquor case that has been a topic of discussion in Wasco County for two months.
