    3. Hi: Ron Stone: I didn't know your people although I do know Wolf Run as my Aunt Clara Moore m. T. Wilson lived up there and my Uncle Grover C. Moore had an apple orchard there. My parents were wheat ranchers at Nansene (of Tygh Ridge) and are buried IOOF-The Dalles.. Very recently, The Columbia Gorge Genealical Society at The Dalles Library have sent me a list of my MOORE family graves in the IOOF-Dufur Cemetery - but no one has been able to take the trip to find them. This group of Moores are family members:. Elvira Moore, widow of Hiram Moore W.H (typed as W.R.) Moore and Almira J. Moore (wife) Hiram E. Moore and Hattie Moore (wife) We also have there James W. Moore and wife, Orrie E. Moore, who are my Grandparents - 5 years ago while in OR, I actually found them at IOOF-Dufur (I had been there before). Another is Polk Butler and wife, Delphine Butler (I found these Butlers names as they are Online at IOOF-Dufur, Wasco Co. Cemetery List. on ORGenWeb for Wasco County website.) James W. Moore and Delphine (McCoy) Butler, both born IN, are first cousins for Delphine's mother is a sister of the above listed Elvira Moore, nee MENDENHALL, our Oregon Pioneer Grandmother (my g-grandmother.). Take Care :-) Violet Moore Guy 02/21/2000 ron stone wrote: > >At 02:31 PM 02/19/2000 -0800, you wrote: > >>This list has been far too quiet lately, > > > >Well, all right.
