Drago Chastain Engagement Tricia Drago, daughter of Vince and Pat Drago of Tygh Valley, and Brian Chastain, son of Tom Chastain of Toledo [Oregon] and Bernie Chastain of Maupin [Oregon], are engaged. She is a 1997 graduate of Kennedy High School. He graduated in 1997 from Maupin High School. Both graduated with Bachelors of science degrees from Oregon State University in 2001. She is a credit officer with Farm Credit Services and he is a credit analyst with Skagit State Bank in Mt. Vernon, Washington. A July 31, 2004 wedding is planned in The Dalles.
