She is employed at Cliff Smith Motors as a warranty administrator-cashier. He is the son of Sandra Kaylou Lucero and Jesslyn Allen Spino, both of The Dalles. He attended The Dalles High School and graduated in 1997. He works as An officer at Columbia River Inter-tribal Fisheries Enforcement.
