Kerns – Cobb Engagement Jacque Suzanne Kerns and Joshua Alan Cobb, both of Dufur [Oregon], have Announced their engagement to be married on July 24, 2004 at Baker City [Oregon]. She is the daughter of Sue and Mike Durgan of Baker City, and Brent and Mary Kerns of Haines [Oregon]. She is a 1998 graduate of Baker High School and Graduated from Spokane [Washington] Community College in 2001. She is a Registered nurse at Mid-Columbia Medical Center. He is the son of Terry and Vince Cobb of Dufur and a 1999 graduate of Dufur High School. He is employed with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
