Carter 40th Anniversary Ron and Kay (Cox) Carter celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on February 15 [2004]. They were married in Pocatello, Idaho at her grandparents Home on February 15, 1964. He has lived in this area his entire life and she joined him when they were Married. He worked for Union Pacific Railroad for 26 years, while she was a wife and Homemaker. In 1986 they opened the Old Mill Bargain Center, which they continue to operate. He enjoys cowboy shooting, hunting, and working in his shop. She enjoys bingo, Watching sports and movies. The have 3 sons, Keith and wife, Lisa, Mike and wife Wendy, and Scott, all of The Dalles, and one daughter, Carol, is deceased. In addition to their children, They have 2 grandchildren, Cassie and Cody, and 1 great-grandchild, Brandon.
