Patton – Waters Engagement Elizabeth Marie Patton and Christopher Ashton Waters have announced their Engagement to be married August 7, 2004 at Wind River Cellars, Husum, Washington. She is the daughter of Janice and Daniel Patton of The Dalles. She graduated in 1998 from The Dalles High School and in 2003 from George Fox University with a bachelor of science in psychology. She is employed at Tigard [Oregon] Recovery Center as a drug and alcohol Counselor and will be attending graduate school. He is the son of Genni and Rick Waters of Boise, Idaho. He graduated from Centennial High School in Boise [Idaho] in 2000, and George Fox University In 2003 with a bachelor of science in psychology. He also will be attending Graduate school.
