They are, depending on who i chatted with, either expanding, or earthquake retro-fitting .... I did walk back outside and check where I was .... The library was open part time. Up until 10 days ago I was coming up to Oregon to meet with a great aunt-in-law from Washington so she could met up with her "older" relatives <92/87> in greater Portland- but she is postponing for a wire-job on her pace-maker so my trip back up to The Dalles is off until ........ ... but I know who you mean, although her name has escaped me at the moment ....
