Hi Lura, Can you check your book to see if there is any mention or pictures of Isaac C. Matney, his wife, Margaret E. Matney or any of their children? To Everyone else interested in Wasco Co., I'm not sure if this book has already been mentioned, but I have a copy of "Upper Mill Creek Community, An Illustrated History" written by Barbara Bailey and Mary Howell. My husband descends from Isaac C. and Margaret E. Matney who settled in Upper Mill Creek back in the 1890's. It only has about 38 pages with some pictures. Would be happy to do look-ups.
