I am not sure of the facts, but she either went to Oregon to marry this person and decided not to or they did get married. She was married numerous times so not sure. The photo is an 8X10" black and white. It was taken at the Pendleton Rodeo, the person riding the horse was John L. O'Niel, Stanfield Oregon..I am not sure if that is the correct spelling of his last name but that is what is on the back of the photo and he was riding a horse called Tar Baby...it was obviously published in the local paper because of what is written on the back side of it. There is an inscription on the front that says "Love John". If anyone is related to this person I would love for you to have a photo of him. He was quite handsome and looked good on a horse.
