I'm willing to pay, if it's not too expensive. My 2x g-gf, Clark Folts, had a land homestead patent in LaGrande, Umatilla, OR in 1884. I know that by 1888 Clark had moved to Arkansas. I am hoping to find some documents that proved he did, indeed, live there, homestead that land, and what happened to it.
