Looking for information in regards to WIlliam Clayborn Bostwick, who lived in or near Pendleton Umatilla Co until 1954,when he moved to Kelso Washington, there he died in 1962, a retired railroad employee. Not much is known of William, he was married several times -last spouse named LULU.- He had ( we believe) five orsix, children- at his death he was survived by his wife Lulu, son, John . in Chehalis Wash. >> a son. My husband's grandmother was Etta Arvada Bostwick Williams Hill. She died in Milton-Freewater September 1928. Two of her survivors were uncles A. E. and W. E. Bostwick of Milton. You might start with the Milton-Freewater I.O.O.F. cemetery and see if either of the uncles are buried there and if there were any children of either of them. Etta had one brother who apparently stayed in Minnesota until 1887 when she (and I think her grandparents) moved to Oregon. Hope this helps.
