Back in 1999 I posted a query to the list and recieved many helpful replies. I was looking for info about my grandfather who died in a auto-cattle truck accident in "the Dalles" back in 1956. There were two members who really went way out of their way to help and their personal interest and advise was so helpful that now, that I might be finally able to visit the area I would like to write them again before I do.
